_ new album: WHAT WE COULD HAVE DONE (September 2025)

On the one hand, this album is sort of an embarrassment — and on the other, a long-cherished labor of love.
I would never call myself a composer, let alone a pianist.
And yet, over time, small piano miniatures have emerged — either as byproducts of larger projects or through the process of practicing itself, at this quintessential instrument of the imaginatively creative musician. I love these pieces because they are imbued with a kind of naïveté, and therefore an immediacy and accessibility, despite their often free form and theory.
In their own way, they reflect my inner world and thus play an important role within the broader context of my music.
My heartfelt thanks to everyone involved — and to you, the listeners!
